Staff
Berkeley Academy staff is a selective group of world-class teachers who are qualified and trained in our program.
Berkeley Academy staff and faculty go through a rigorous and selective hiring process. Each candidate is interviewed thoroughly based on their skills and qualifications. We receive more than 100 applications for employment each academic year and have less than ten openings per hiring cycle. Each faculty member must complete a summer training program (Berkeley Academy’s Teachers Boot Camp) that guides each professor in the core methodologies of teaching as well as understanding our mission and vision of college preparation and a multicultural studies curriculum.
